I’m new to working out. Will this program be too intense for me?

Not at all! Our programs are structured to match your fitness level. For first-timers, we start with foundational workouts and gradually build up as you progress. However, please bare in mind that this program will be a commitment to achieve desired results.

I’ve tried other programs and they didn’t work—why is this different?

Is hypnotherapy safe?

IS THIS PROGRAM ONLINE OR IN-person?

The program is primarily online, with video resources, virtual hypnotherapy, and group Q&A sessions. Premium packages include more direct one-on-one support.

I’m not a fighter. Do I need experience in martial arts?

Not at all! The combatives element is designed to be accessible to everyone. It’s about learning discipline, coordination, and confidence- preparing for a fight but not stepping in the ring.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them?

Yes! Our meal plans are fully customizable to suit your preferences, allergies, and restrictions. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or have other needs, in our UNBREAKABLE program our registered dietician Marcela will create a plan that works for you. If worries concern dieting..this program is about learning sustainable, balanced eating habits. We focus on foods you enjoy while helping you achieve your goals.

What happens if I don’t see results?

Your success is our priority. If you’re following the program but not seeing results, we’ll work with you to identify and address any challenges. Progress isn’t always linear, but we’ll ensure you’re on the right track. We’ve built this program based on proven methods and a personalized approach. Results depend on your commitment, but our team is here to support and guide you every step of the way.

How do I sign up?

Simply select your preferred package and complete the registration questionare on our website. It will take you to an application for us to gain more insight on your background and be sure to qualify you as we are holding limited spots. At the end of the application you will be prompted to schedule your initial consultation to determine if you are qualified.
